1. Free Trial Period

To ensure confidence before payment, GSTApply provides new merchants with an initial First Month 100% Free Trial. Users can thoroughly explore counter billing, POS printing, inventory management, and multi-device access prior to committing to any paid transaction.

2. How to Request a Refund

Within 7 calendar days of your payment, send an email from your registered merchant account to support@gstapply.com with your invoice number and the subject line "Refund Request", or message our support helpline on WhatsApp (+91 7827804617).

3. Processing Timeline

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original source payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Card) within 5 to 7 business banking days.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Delhi, India)

All transactions, refunds, and financial disputes are governed by Indian law and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Delhi, India.
