1. Information We Collect

When you register and operate your store on GSTApply, we collect:

• Account contact details: Name, mobile number, and business email address.
• Business identity: Registered trade name, shop address, and 15-digit GSTIN (for generating compliant tax invoices).
• Commercial operational records: Generated invoices, item catalogues, purchase entries, and customer/supplier ledger balances entered by you.

2. How Information is Used

We process collected information strictly for operational purposes:

• Generating GST tax invoices, receipts, and calculation summaries.
• Facilitating direct WhatsApp or email invoice sharing requested by you.
• Compiling portal-ready GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B tax preparation sheets.
• Authenticating user logins and protecting accounts from unauthorized access.

3. Data Transmission & Security Controls

All data in transit between your browser and our servers is protected using standard HTTPS/TLS encryption certificates. User passwords are stored using salted cryptographic bcrypt hashing. We encourage all users to download routine offline Excel backups of their data.

4. Plan Expiry & 90-Day Data Retention Policy

Upon expiration of any free trial or paid subscription, accounts receive a ninety (90) calendar day grace period to export records. Accounts that remain inactive and unpaid past this 90-day threshold are subject to automated data purge and permanent deletion from our database to optimize server resources.

5. Account Deletion Rights

You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time by exporting your desired Excel records and submitting an email request from your registered address to support@gstapply.com.
